Lean Competition Showcases Excellence; Quality-Driven Enterprises Usher in a New Journey.
To comprehensively enhance employees’ quality awareness and deeply implement the principles of lean management, Zhejiang Dongxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the first Lean Management Quality Knowledge Competition for 2025 on November 25. Jointly organized by the Human Resources Department and the Quality Department, with support from the Technical Department and all workshops, this competition aims to foster a strong atmosphere in which “everyone cares about quality and everyone values quality” through learning driven by competition and applying knowledge gained through learning.

On September 3, 2025, to promote the spirit of patriotism and strengthen team cohesion, the company organized all employees to gather in the activity room to watch a solemn and grand live broadcast of the military parade. More than 400 people came together to witness this momentous occasion and feel the strength of our nation and the pride of our people. The atmosphere at the scene was enthusiastic, and the employees were filled with high spirits.

Practical drills build a defense line; full participation strengthens skills.
To thoroughly implement the requirements of Safety Production Month and strengthen fire safety awareness among all employees as well as enhance emergency response capabilities, the company organized a realistic, end-to-end fire emergency drill for all staff at noon on June 26. This drill was themed "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond," and through simulating real-life fire scenarios, it comprehensively tested the scientific validity and practical effectiveness of the company’s emergency response plan.

On the afternoon of June 22, the Dongxin Company’s fun sports event, themed “Unite Hearts, Share Vitality,” came to a successful conclusion at the company’s parking lot. The event brought together teams formed by departments or workshops, with a total of 12 teams and over 180 employees participating. Through engaging and entertaining competitions, the event showcased the teams’ spirit, boosted collaborative energy, and further strengthened the company’s sense of unity.
